Our Goal for Rose and Crown Tavern is to create a sense of community, a gathering place where friends, family and strangers can come to enjoy great food and good times while claiming the “Pub” as their home away from home. Owner Miguel along with wife Rachel Ayoub worked together to create this feeling “Getting to know our customers is very important to us, we have a passion to entertain” Rose and Crown Tavern is a modern day English Pub, serving a combination of classic American and English dishes. Not your typical “Pub Grub” served here, our quality is of up most importance. We use superior ingredients and take pride in what we serve. We are not a brand or a chain; we’re a family run business with a personable approach to dining and entertaining. Executive Chef Tracy Melton comes with over 20 years of experience in both fine and casual dining. Our home away from home atmosphere is carried through in the design as well with the dark woods, the open kitchen and the see through fireplace. The long curving bar lit by warm table lamps and comfortable soft leather barstools create the perfect setting to sit back and relax. Plenty of flat screen TV’s for watching your favorite sporting event as well as a billiard table, darts and other games to entertain you. We also offer a Wine bar with hand selected wines from small family producers that make these wines for the love of wine, they are not mass produced. Our Wine expert can guide you in a casual environment and serve you foods that complement your choice from our select wine bar separate menu. The covered patio is a gathering place in and of itself, with solid wood bar height tables that can be joined together for a communal setting. Owner Miguel Ayoub has been in the hospitality industry for 15 years and knows what it takes to show people a good time. “Coming into my restaurant is like coming into my home and I’ll be sure to make you feel that way”. The approach was brought to life through the design with help from his wife Rachel Ayoub, an Interior Designer, who transformed the space from once a French bakery café to a modern day English Pub, using timeless details and quality finishes.
