Welcome to Pasta Max Café. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Douglas Zitz, my wife is Barbara. I am the chef at Pasta Max Cafe, a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y., and have worked in several of South Florida’s finest restaurants before opening my first establishment in Henry County in 1994. Let me take a moment to tell you how we differ from other restaurants. We are not a chain, fresh pasta is our specialty here made in the style of Northern Italy. Throughout the years, we have expanded our menu, combining the finest cuisine with an abundance of new ideas. All of the ingredients used in this restaurant are the finest available and everything is made here on the premises.
