Smith on March 1, 1962, when "Tillie" purchased Portner's Restaurant. Known for its made fresh daily sauces and hand made pastas, including its famous ravioli, Tillie's Restaurant is a dining landmark in McKeesport and throughout Western Pennsylvania.
