Great ribs. Possibly... TOO great. Known for the dry rub, get that and cover that stuff in the Apple BBQ sauce. It'll show you the face of a benevolent god before a hardcore case of the Itis.
Friendly staff and large portions
So good! The wait was a smidge long but so well worth it!
Quite possibly the greatest BBQ ever, not just in Memphis but anywhere else in this great nation as well. I'm not a dry rub fan, but I hear it's delicious. Stick with ribs drenched in their sauce and you'll be good to go.
