His fresh perspective and drive has given us burger lovers something to savor. Serge has too much pride in his recipes to take the usual shortcuts that lead to soulless meals. At Jeffrey's, fresh Angus beef is ground on premise each day. Soups are made from scratch and crisp salads are served using only the freshest fruits and produce. Thick, creamy shakes arrive in a classic malt shop-style glass -- a nostalgic blast from the past. Serge and his staff pay attention to detail and in an invigorating, but old world style, serve traditional American dishes in the best way possible.
