Moreno's Cuba

Moreno’s Cuba is the hotel’s Cuban-inspired eatery within the Riviera Hotel premises. Created by the hotel’s owner, Nathan Lieberman, and the Latin Grammy award-winning Cuban recording artist, Jorge Moreno. The restaurant’s concept has been developed around an authentic Havana speakeasy Moreno’s grand uncle, “Jorge Sanchez Villar” owned during the Cuban revolution, that combined with the service and food concept from the legendary restaurant in Cubas premiere “Hotel Nacional” which Moreno’s Grandfather “Antonio Moreno” ran. Moreno’s Cuba features imported Cuban floor tiles, rustic old-world woods and a relaxing bar, nestled among tropical shrubbery, that specializes in the finest mojitos and Cuban style cigars. The culinary ethos for Moreno’s Cuba is based around Cuban classics. Traditional Cuban favorites available to order, which include Bistec Palomilla, Pollo en Mojo, Lechon Asado and the classic Cuban hamburger “The Frita”. Blending contemporary urban chic with Hollywood Regency, Riviera South Beach Hotel consists of a total of 160 guestrooms and suites, some of which are equipped with chrome balconies overlooking breathtaking views. Art inspired by the renowned British-born artist, Bansky, make the hotel’s décor come to life through his signature surrealism and larger-then-life abstract artwork featured throughout the property. Guests have access to a stylish rooftop sundeck with loungers, infinity pool and bar, with an additional ground floor pool oasis for total seclusion, offering private cabanas and cushioned beach chairs surrounded by potted plants and palms.
