In the 1970s, Owners Mary & Chris Duros, and Grandma Bette, opened their first deli in Seattle. Uncompromising quality and customer service were the hallmarks then and that hasn’t changed a bit as three generations of family are back on the scene with The Firestation Gourmet Deli in Mill Creek Town Center! ‘Why FSGD?’  The Duros’ have been fortunate to have the local fire department as longtime neighbors. Their daughter now works in Fire & EMS. When the opportunity arose to open a new venture in Mill Creek, what better than the tradition, symbolism, and pride that goes with the fire service. Combined with the amazing menu and fun atmosphere, FSGD was an instant hit.
