“Ordinary guys brewing extraordinary beer”
What's a taproom, you ask? Simply put, it's quite possibly the most enjoyable way to buy beer: right in the brewery. Enjoy a pint of Fulton on tap just 38 feet from where it was brewed (yes, we measured), or take a freshly-filled growler to go. Browse a selection of Fulton gear & gifts while you sip, but be sure to watch out for the forklift and for the brewers, because they can be dangerous. We're all about beer, and we know very little about anything else, so you won't find anything extra here: the only alcoholic beverage we serve (by law, in fact) is the beer we brew on premises. And even though Brian is an above-average cook, we've left the food to the experts. If you want a bite while you're here, you can enjoy offerings from a rotation of food trucks (see schedule above), or order in from our North Loop neighborhood restaurants. Finally, if you want to get even closer to the process, join us for a tour. Tours are limited to 20 people, and begin at 1:00, 2:00, and 3:00 and 4:00 every Saturday afternoon.
