I read reviews that the staff watches you very closely (on Google) and we felt that was true. Sites are pretty close together. Getting a 30 minute late check out seemed like a big deal. Views are beautiful and the rates are fair for the area. Would likely try somewhere else next time we are in Moab!
I visited Arch View for about a month and was pleased overall. Moab is tough for RV parks. They are all dusty and with small sites. I was happy here.
Location: It is a good location for easy access to Arches, Canyonlands and Deadhorse SP. It is also a good location if you are into ATV's, dirt bikes, etc. If you need to be in the city of Moab very often it might not be your first choice but I didn't mind the 15 min drive into town (gorgeous commute).
Noise: Because of this there is a lot of ATV action throughout the day. They have fairly strict rules regarding these vehicles though so I wasn't bothered by it overall.
Sites: The regular sites are very small. I had a premium site for part of the time and would choose a premium site next time.
Public Areas: The bathroom areas were kept very clean. They were a little understocked (tp, soap, paper towels) on busy weekends. There are two bathroom areas, one is very nice the other is clean but old and small. Their septic system was smelly in the bathroom areas at times.
The staff was exceptional. They were friendly and even worked hard to accommodate me on a busy weekend because I had messed up my reservation.

It's a good location for accessing Canyonlands and Arches quickly, or many of the mountain biking/atv trails directly accessible from here. That's also a negative because of the people it attracts, there is a bit of extra noise from the atv's, but the owners do not put up with anyone acting ridiculous, this is the nature of Moab though, it's noisy everywhere. The bathrooms often have the lovely aroma of sewer gas and the showers have ridiculously short shower heads, these are the main bathrooms, but you can walk to newer ones that have very nice showers and do not stink.
The sites are super close together and small unless you pay more for the premium sites. If you stay here long term be prepared to move sites every few days unless you book way in advance, they will not shuffle things around to accommodate you.
We will look for a better place next time in Moab, it's not bad here, I just feel like there has to be something better.

We were hoping to stay here over Labor Day Weekend 2018, but had issues from the get-go. First, we couldn't make a reservation because they were under new management and the reservation line was not linked yet. Then the direct number they gave us just went right back to the same reservation line. We drove there anyway and were told that it would be $73 per night for our family. Whoa! Not what we expected. It does look to be newly remodeled/updated with a pool and such. These rates seem to be on par with other Moab RV resorts. We ended up staying in a free BLM site down the road and went swimming at the local pool so we could shower.

We arrived here BEFORE they changed the network over to SunWiFi. Before the change we got a consistent 6M download. We work full-time out of our trailer. We were happy with the WiFi speed for the $50/night fee with full hookups. Towards the end of our stay, they changed the network over to SunWiFi (the campground was bought by Sun Resorts). After the change, it was 0.1M download. We called service and the front desk. Apparently, it's a Sun Resort policy to throttle network bandwidth that low for each device. I can't imagine how frustrating it would be if someone was using their own WiFi router.
In short, clean park, close to stuff, but if you'd like to have WiFi… go elsewhere.
Also, the cell reception is very bad here. So, you're basically, in a data dead zone. However, if you boondock 0.5 miles up the road, cell service will give you 20M download.

Stayed here for the whole Jeep Safari. Loved it here. Away from downtown Moab, quiet and beautiful, we enjoyed it here so much we have already made our reservations for next year.
Internet is horrible - but we want to be on vacation so we didn’t miss it. You can pay for extra data if needed but I don’t know how good it is. There is a country store on the property but prices are high on food and necessities. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location for visiting Arches NP and Canyonlands NP. We were hear in the middle of August which is a very busy time for the Moab area. Much cheaper than trying to stay in Moab. Park has everything You need including the best bathrooms that We have ever experienced in an RV site. The only negative is it is located next to the highway but You don't hear it during the day inside the RV because the A/C is always on as it is 101 outside. If Your going hiking in ether park in August get up early and be at Your trail head by sunrise.

If you want a fun experience and not a traditional hotel, check Archview out-they have tiny cabins as well as RV pads. We stayed in the Mayor cabin, which had a double bed as well as bunk beds. It also had a table, TV, microwave and fridge. There was a shared bathroom equipped with toilets, sinks and showers.
As another reviewer said; the pictures don't do the place justice. It's not the fanciest of campgrounds, but I've seen worse. Due to the location being pretty far out of town, the views are spectacular! Yes, there is an ATV trail nearby, and that can get loud, but it wasn't bad. There is also a lot of dust, which you should expect in Moab at a campground.
The pool area is clean, although the pool does leave a little to be desired. It's small-like REALLY small...but there is an adjacent splash pad that looks like a lot of fun for little kids.
There are ample grills and seating areas throughout, so bring something to grill. There are also shared/community fire pits to hang around at night.
The onsite gas station and convenience store are just that-convenient-but pricey. Plan ahead to get gas in town for 50cents per gallon cheaper.

This park is average or below, you are paying for close proximity to Arches NP. Lots of ATVs here create dust, dust is on everything. Sites are gravel and are TIGHT, my awning almost hit my neighbors slide. Our picnic table was 2 feet from their utilities. Easy access from I70 on Hwy 191. It was a scenic drive coming from Bryce Canyon.
Showers were worthless, so small I couldn't turn around and the water was luke warm changing to cold. On a 90 deg day probably wasn't heated at all.
The pros: camp wifi worked well, better than my AT&T cell service. Nice view from the farthest out sites.
AT&T cell service was poor to marginal, interrupted streaming. Unboosted RSPR was -105, boosted to -75. We just switched to park wifi. We did not try the cable hookup.
All that said, there aren't many options close to Arches.

Our first spot was 22, and was so unlevel, , we complained and they said yes others have as well would you like to move and we did, but the others are ok. Many sites have Berry trees so be carefull as they fall over everything. None of the bathrooms were cleaned during the entire time or soap refilled. Some staff was friendly but others did not even have a hello. Store was. Ok, best thing is location to arches and canyonlands. Trash never seemed to be emptied either. Wifi was good.
