“Who wouldn't be a fan?”
The Desert Bistro opened in 2001 in a quaint little spot on Center Street. We moved into the Grand Old Ranch House at Moab Springs in February 2005 and spent seven wonderful seasons in that lovely oasis. For a couple of years, we have been looking for a place to call home and we're thrilled when we found this charming little building right in the heart of downtown, yet a block away from the hustle and bustle of Main Street.
