“Go eyeball-to-eyeball with a longhorn”

Summertime is here! Now is the perfect time to load up your family and come see us. Even the "big" kids will enjoy it here! You can spend the whole day here taking a wagon ride, going on a picnic or simply hanging out and soaking up the sun. Did you ever go eyeball to eyeball with a Texas Longhorn cow? Did you know giraffes have a purple tongue? What part of a Watusi acts like a radiator? O, and how could I forget! Would you dare get close to a rhino? Don't worry Luther won't hurt you. The Lazy 5 Ranch offers the unique experience of giving you a 3.5 mile tour of over 750 animals from all over the world. The Lazy 5 Ranch is a drive through animal park that will be a sure hit with the whole family. You can drive through the Lazy 5 Ranch in the safety of your own car or even better, call for reservations on our horse drawn open-air wagons. Be sure to bring your cameras!

Great stop! Stopped with an 11 year old, 9 year old and 5 year old. The whole family had a great time. Would recommend spending the extra money for the carriage guided tour of the park. The guide tells you about the animals and how to feed each one. Will definitely stop again when in the area!

Exceeded my expectations! Such a fun ride. The animals were running right up to our car!

We had a great time and would recommend especially for kids. The things to know is that there is nothing to eat and it is cash only. There is a playground and covered tables (apart from the animals) if needed.

We visited this family friendly and fun attraction this weekend- it was great. We opted for the drive through instead of the wagon tour. We loved it. It was unfortunately a very hot day and we came in towards the end of the day, which meant the animals were hot, and tired and with full bellies there were only a select few of the animals who still wanted to entertain us. But we still loved it.
The enclosure is open so the animals have a lot of room to roam- it's wonderful.
There were only a couple of things I wish were a little different; we wish we were able to go onto the wagon trails as well- there were a lot of animals that we were unable to access because of that- and I wish the giraffes had more room like the rest of the animals- but I am sure they have their reasons.
Overall very highly recommended! And affordable!
If you are driving your own car in- do not just keep your bucket of grain on your lap- all of the animals are smart and will take full advantage of naïve tourists and will grab it right from you. Keep it on the floor of your car and do it by the handful. Enjoy the fun experience.

I have an 12,8, and 6 year old and they all loved it. Pricing was ok. There isn't much to eat for humans :) you have to drive your own car through the animals which you may want to take into consideration. Overall pretty cool. We were here 2 hours.
