“Independent art house and cafe”
Bloom is perfect for that Saturday morning get-away to read the paper and indulge in a gourmet breakfast. The menu include varieties on the classic eggs Benedict, omelets of all kinds, and a breakfast arugula salad (among other things, of course!). This place draws a very diverse crowd including UI & WSU students, professors, hipsters, bookworms, families, you name it! Environment and seating is very intimate and gives you a feeling-in-the-city vibe or a chic-cafe-in-France-feel. Oh, and they also exhibit artwork from local artists around the Palouse while indie music or '90s favorites play in the background. Enjoy!
