Napa Valley Biscuits is a Southern diner located in the heart of Napa, California, owned and operated by Chef Curtis Lindley and his wife Tara. Curtis was raised in the small town of Kilgore in East Texas and eventually went on to graduate from culinary school at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. Napa Valley Biscuits focuses on bringing downtown Napa traditional Southern fare prepared from scratch daily with fresh seasonal ingredients. We pride ourselves on showing our true heritage by bringing you dishes inspired from our Southern family traditions such as Big Mama’s Collard Greens with diced turnips and apples, Pap’s famous East Texas Fried Chicken, and Cindy’s Sweet Tea.
