Some of the sites are full of junk and not well maintained. There is not enough room to park vehicles so it looks like a used car lot. Behind the fence on the pool side is a construction site and trashy homes with dogs barking all night. They also allow washing your RV so you hear power washers all the time. The pool had occasional grand kids screaming and jumping in it. The staff here is friendly with the exception of the front desk clerk who is just a miserable woman. The location is good but getting in and out of here on a busy one way road can be harrowing.

Ugh, where to begin. The “resort” has a tiny pool and even smaller spots. Usually filled with screaming grandkids. The woman that stands outside in the middle of the resort and screams HELLO at all hours is annoying. The dogs barking all night. The dog poop everywhere. The ROACHES!! Everywhere because of the fallen leaves they do not clean up. They just sit and rot. They have 1 guy on maintenance and they do nothing to maintain the place. This is a trailer park, not a resort by any means. They allow full time living here in horrible trailers. It’s like staying in a refugee encampment. The manager Hank just looks at you and says, “hey it’s an trailer park” if you complain about anything. Old cars parked half out in the street. This is low rent!! There are far nicer places to stay.

We just needed a place to work for a week. Most sites appear to be seasonal or annual and are quite close together, but we were able to book one of 9 pull through sites located at the back of the park. Roads are narrow but our 33 foot Airstream squeezed through ok. Site was easy to pull into. Nice concrete pad with picnic table, full 50 amp hookups.
We did not use facilities. Person we spoke to at front desk, who we worked with regarding our late check in, was very nice. There were a few events like movies and an ice cream social while we were here. Mostly things were pretty quiet.
I posted photos of our Verizon and Starlink internet speeds. Both were great.

We arrived and got checked in by the nice staff. When I booked I knew the site was marked as cosy and they weren’t kidding. Just enough room for our 20’ trailer and Toyota Tacoma truck. The nice lady across the street moved her truck when saw us backing in to give us a better angle. The roads are barely a vehicle width wide so could be a challenge without nice neighbors and with a bigger rig although there are many big rigs in the park.
I was impressed with how quiet the park was despite being very close together and near a large, busy roadway.
We didn’t use any of the facilities and were only there 3 nights, sightseeing around the area by day. There were many activities that we could have participated in but didn’t. It seems like a nice community.
When it came time to leave we were concerned because a small utility trailer had been moved in up the road a spot on the other side just after we parked and even though it wasn’t in the road we were concerned for the turning radius getting out of our spot. By luck the lady across the street was gone the morning we pulled out and so was the utility trailer so it was easy to get back out.
I was a fine place to stay and call home base and I would consider going back but hopefully book a slightly larger space. Do note that is a mobile home park as well as RVs so there are many people who live there.
