Butchertown Hall

Utilizing our two main workhorses, a 9-foot open fire hearth and a custom-built high-capacity smoker, we patiently craft exciting food with soul, both primitive and contemporary. Butchertown Hall is an homage to the intersection of Terry Raley's Texas Hill Country roots, and the historic Czech and German butcher shop culture that once lined the residential streets of early Germantown.  Raley's cuisine at Butchertown is nourished by an upbringing in a food culture borne from the marriage of rich Spanish, German, and Czech settlement. Here you can expect delicately charred garden vegetables alongside the finest wood-fired premium cuts, craft tacos and Tex-Mex favorites, and the finest brisket outside of Austin. We also feature an expansive beer garden, complete with a list of specialty craft brews made especially for Butchertown Hall, superior margaritas and craft cocktails, and Nashville's most extensive agave collection. Butchertown Hall is always open, 7 days a week, for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.
