Folks here's the deal, this is TRUE Southern BBQ! We're talking abut the way the good Lord meant it to be. We cook it very low and slow every single night. To us that ain't just the right way, it is the only way.
This place might seem like chaos to the untrained eye, but I promise it's organized chaos! Get there early because once they run out, it's out for the night.

Amazing service... they knew we needed help and they were more than happy to make us feel at home! Wonderful food and great service... this is a must stop destination for a fabulous barbecue meal!
Nashville can now be recognized as a barbecue destination, thanks in part to pitmaster Pat Martin, who puts an emphasis on cooking whole, heritage-breed hogs over hickory smoke. His newest location near Belmont University is a casual, counter-service joint that's plastered with posters and filled with the heady scent of charred brisket, thanks to an indoor pit. Servers pass out pitchers of local beer and trays brimming with freshly pulled pork, smoked sausages and the signature Redneck taco: pulled pork or brisket and slaw served on a cornbread hoecake.
Baby back ribs were fall off the bone good. Brisket was above average. Ran out of pulled pork, so make sure you get here early.
