The ten acre property features an authentic Biergarten, shaded by a protective canopy of 60-year-old Siberian Elms, including a charming gazebo, large koi pond, and working water wheel. In addition, an outdoor pavilion has been enclosed to allow for a screened experience in the summer and a warm cozy venue in the winter. The pavilion hosts live music every weekend year round. Inside the restaurant, guests are treated to a rustic dining experience, including wrap-around porches that provide stunning views of the surrounding mountains and property. Towards the back of the old schoolhouse guests enter the new building which houses a lively sports bar as well as our brewing facility. We always have a selection of 10-12 house and seasonal beers on tap as well as 6-packs & 22oz bottles to-go. However, as much as we love beer, food does not take a back seat in this brewery. Our Chef and experienced kitchen staff are using locally sourced ingredients to craft a menu that features our house smoked meats, southern staples like chicken & waffles and shrimp & grits, as well as gluten-free and vegan options. We offer a full menu seven days a week including brunch from 11am-2pm on Sundays and Happy Hour food and drink specials in the sports bar Monday through Thursday from 3pm to 9pm.
