Reverend Zombie's House of Voodoo

Just a drunken fall off Bourbon Street, and open pretty late, this voodoo store is entertaining if not all together authentic feeling.  Whenever I walk through these doors, I realize there a deeper feeling of spirituality in New Orleans than any spirits will provide.   Voodoo (and Vodou) charms, dolls, bracelets, necklaces, and spell books adorn all of the walls for the Creole and Haitian curious.  But this shop goes beyond just that.  There's also a lot of books and their accompanying instruments for astrology, Wiccan, and even some Eastern spirituality.  This place is as much Buddha as Hoodoo.  Very few times in my life has I ever felt in a place where so many viewpoints on the universe were accepted.
