“farm to table fine dining”
The greenmarket serves as a daily inspiration for James Tracey when creating the menus at Craft and Colicchio & Sons. James works alongside chef Tom Colicchio to capture the flavors of each season, using locally sourced ingredients as the basis for the bold, clean dishes that characterize the cooking at Colicchio & Sons and Craft, which received its second three-star review from The New York Times in September 2011. Our elegant private dining room is the perfect setting for a seated brunch, lunch or dinner or a cocktail reception. Colicchio & Sons has floor to ceiling windows showcasing views of the High Line and the Hudson River and is a glorious setting for a larger event – wedding, holiday party, anniversary party – with cocktails served in our more casual Tap Room followed by a seated dinner in our main dining room or a larger, less formal cocktail reception.
