Tufino Pizzeria Napoletana is family owned and operated to ensure that the highest standards of Neopolitan authenticity are met. Our custom Stefano Ferrara oven was hand built in Naples, Italy using volcanic lava ash from Mt. Vesuvius. This oven brings us a unique and authentic flavor that is only found in Italy.Our dough is made in house daily and is naturally leavened, a method that is over 200 years old that was used by the first Pizzaiolos of Naples. Today, there are only a handful of pizzerias that still use this ancient method. Our tomatoes and cheeses along with our extra virgin olive oil are true to the standards set in Italy and the passion and love put into every pizza are what makes them so special!
