Located on the cusp of Nolita, Chinatown and Little Italy, we offer a varied and flavorful menu of Pan-Asian cuisine "standards," freshly conceived. Our menu is 100% vegan - no meat, eggs, or dairy products used - and is based on traditional Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Thai and South Asian appetizers, entrees and beverages. We use over two dozen of our own homemade sauces, together with the freshest local produce, tofu, and a varied selection of seitan and soy protein preparations.ds
