Peruvian Pollo a la Braza trumps plain old rotisserie chicken any day of the week, and The Chicken House in Newark, DE does a great job of it. The chicken is juicy and full of flavor and is a delight served with thick cut fries and aji amarillo (peruvian yellow chile sauce). This is another place that makes living in Delaware just that much better. Stop in today and eat some chicken!
