“Craft Beer and Artisanal Food!”
In 2009, Chef Tyler Cullen set out to create an elite nightspot for the top one percent of all beer, wine and food connoisseurs. Its purpose was to introduce Newport to the very best of the craft beer revolution, the finest wines, a dynamic Modern-American menu and to ensure that the patrons who entered had a memorable night out on town. If you’re thirsty for a great beer...that no other bartender has heard of…and if you can find 156 Broadway…maybe you can enjoy…Norey’s. Norey's Bar and Grille has been a local and tourist favorite since the turn of the century. In 2000 Norey Cullen purchased this cozy Broadway property and started serving Newport breakfast, lunch and dinner. Her dishes were all the Crave. In fact, by 2001, Norey's was 'the' spot for breakfast and lunch, a fact not lost on The New York Times. As the years turned, her partner and extremely talented son, Chef Tyler Cullen, expressed the desire to make Norey's the next best spot for dinner and drinks - and for the past four years this is exactly what Tyler has done. Serving up an eclectic Modern-American Dinner menu, Tyler guarantees satisfaction. The draught beer and dinner special menus change nightly, ensuring that every Norey’s experience is a unique one.
