That is the meaning of our name 'Cheen-Hauye' (pronounced Chen-why-ay). Chef Marco Velasquez is proud to bring you fresh, made to order, regional Yucatecan cuisine, in an environment as inviting as the food is delicious. Whether it is his own creation, or a family favorite passed down through the generations, Chef Marco creates dishes that can be appreciated by all. Flavors can be subtle and mild, to bold and flavorful. It just depends on our mood. Cheen Hauye has it all.
