We are proud to announce that we have recently taken over one of our favorite restaurants in the area, The Clam Bar! This past September would have marked the twenty-first year that Kenny Bertsch and his family has owned and operated the Clam Bar. What a great job they did to turn it into one of Syracuse's most popular restaurants, voted several times the Table Hopping's "Best Seafood" Award throughout the years. We are excited to continue the long standing tradition of delivering exceptional food at an affordable cost that keeps our patrons returning again and again. The Clam Bar is more than just your average seafood place. Sure, we have great seafood (ask anyone that's been here!), but we also have a great selection of chicken, steak, and burgers. Not only that, but our Renate's wings are the best chicken wing you'll ever taste. The consistently fresh seafood delivered six times a week and skillfully prepared by Frank Neubert, 19 plus year-veteran kitchen manager, and Nick Wallon, longtime night chef, contributes as the back bone of the operation. One bite and you'll be back again and again.
Excellent Seafood takeout in Syracuse! There's no wonder this is rated the number one Seafood and number 11 out of 544 restaurants in the Syracuse area! We had crab cakes, clam chowder w/oyster crackers, and broiled scallops w/cottage cheese. Everything was amazing! We'd definitely go here again if in the area! Great find!
