Our prices start out at 39.88 and includes a hot breakfast at the popular Colonial Steak House here in Oakley, Kansas. The first thing you will notice is that we provide something better than they typical continental breakfast with stale donuts that everyone else has touched. Instead we provide a meal voucher for a free country style breakfast at the Colonial Steakhouse right over the I-70 bridge! Locally and American Owned The second thing you will notice is that we are American and locally owned. As you know more and more hotels and motels are being purchased by foreign investors and people from other countries with different values and customs than we share as americans.
