With a love for his culture and its food, owner Carlsky Quichocho set out to share his passion and roots with fellow patrons. Supporting his vision, parents Carlos and Shirley Quichocho, along with co-owner and brother Carlos JR, sister Shirlene with Jeremy Cruz and the newest addition to the family, Stacy Nunley have been incredible encouragers through the restaurants journey thus far. Providing its customers with authentic Chamorro dishes along with some new innovative creations, Guahan Grill showcases big flavors and smiling faces.
