“Visit for the food, return for the hospitality”
Owner & Executive Chef Laurie Nguyen would like to personally invite you to experience her Northwest fusion cuisine featuring elements of Europe and Southeast Asia. We're located on the boardwalk of downtown Olympia's eclectic art, music, & shopping scene. Our culinary philosophy is to use as many locally-sourced ingredients as possible including locally collected mushrooms, Misty Isle All-Natural Beef, and Painted Hills All-Natural Beef. We also use sustainably harvested seafood and Food Alliance Certified Produce. In addition to debuting our new private dining space (available to private parties of up to 25) we have enacted other exciting changes at Dockside Bistro. Perhaps, most prominent is our emerging relationships with local ranchers and shellfish farmers. We are also pleased to announce that we are now offering clams and oysters from our partners Dockside Shellfish Co. with fresh shellfish from our beds on Eld Inlet, and Puget Sound Restoration. We are excited about our continuing development of locally-sourced sustainable food and hope you are too.
