“Omaha's Best New Restaurant”
Voted best new restaurant (by the locals), Black Oak Grill in Midtown Crossing finds its roots in a broad range of urban grills, neighborhood cafes, boulevard bistros and corner taverns. The menu features quality steaks from Wohlner’s Grocery, great burgers, tasty wings, and a wide selection of local and craft beers celebrating the great American tradition. Weekly specials include half-off wine Wednesday nights and half-off draft beer Thursday nights. Not sure what to order? General Manager Mike Cizek recommends guests start out with Buffalo Herb Wings or Spinach & Five Cheese Dip. For lunch, bite into the bacon and egg Husker Burger or the Smoked Chicken & Avocado Club. At dinner, savor an incredibly tender Ribeye Steak, Pot Roast, or Rosemary Grilled Chicken. Finish off the experience with a chocolate ganache-filled Kahlua Ding Dong or Rum Runner Coconut Cake for dessert.
