Pizza Shack in Opelousas was founded by Louisiana's own Tony and Elaine Pierrottie in 1988 and we've been independently owned at the same location for 24 years. We are proud to be the ONLY independently owned pizzeria in Opelousas. We are happy to serve our customers and the community with not only friendly service, but also a family dining atmosphere THE SOUTHERN WAY. Our customers not only enjoy the freshest and finest ingredients, but also signature sauces made fresh daily and one-of-a-kind dough always made from scratch. Our dining area has TV's for sports and entertainment as well as Video Poker. But most frequently used is the latest state-of-the-art Juke Box. Not sure what the hype is. Dominoes and Pizza Hut have better tasting pizza... The parking lot is always cramped and it's so dark inside. Read more

Best Pizza I have yet found. Staff is friendly, courteous, and competent. At least three TVs with usually current events. Adequate parking. Busy when I have been there. Very highly recommended. Read more
