The campground is accessible from Forest Road 4220, and activities include fishing and boating in Horseshoe Lake, hiking and walking. Directions from Sandy: Travel east on Highway 26 to Primary Forest Route 42. Follow 42 south, across a section of the Warm Springs Indian Reservation, to Road 4220. Follow 4220 south, past Olallie Meadow, Lower Lake and Camp Ten campgrounds, to Horseshoe Lake Campground.
