Tchoup Chop

Tchoup Chop is Emeril Lagasse's take on Polynesian-Asian cuisine. The exotic menu here features fresh fish and vegetarian dishes inspired by the Pacific seas like sushi starters and tiger shrimp, in addition to selections from the land like lamb shank and marinated tofu.  The food is the perfect match for the surrounding waters of the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando, where the celebrity chef has launched this, his second eatery on the grounds.
