“touch & handle sea life”
Maintaining a 30;000-gallon marine aquarium open to visitors. Sea turtles; sponges; anemones; starfish; crabs; sea horses; sharks; stingrays; grouper and redfish. Hundreds of species are present. Visitors can see as well as handle life forms in the touch tanks. All are living treasures of the North Florida Wilderness Coast.
This place is really cool. They have touch tanks and lots of sea life to look at. Currently they have nurse sharks and 4 turtles. This is a fantastic place to take kids or anyone who wants to see/touch sea life. (not every thing can be touched. )
A must if traveling with kids! We were able to pick up many marine life animals from the specimen tanks including starfish and crabs! The kids loved seeing a sea turtle up close! There is a little gift shop that you enter through to get in, of course, but its perfect with gifts that are reasonably priced. This is a perfect little place for the kids to learn while having a blast!
