“folk art tribute to the Cadillac Ranch”
Five Volkswagen Beetles buried nose down in the ground, in an obvious tribute to the nearby "Cadillac Ranch."
A neat stop along the way. Make sure you bring some spray paint to add your mark!
Loved it! Quick on/off the Highway. Lots of fun spray painting and taking pictures. Worth the stop. When we went we were the only ones there, so that was nice.
was the only person here on my stop! I explored the abandoned gas station and other buildings to stretch my legs after a long drive that morning. worth the stop, much less people than Cadillac Ranch
Lots to see here, not only the VW Beetles but also the deserted gas station and surrounding buildings. Smaller than the Cadillac Ranch but also less people.
This was an amazing stop, the sun setting kids playing, colors reflecting, the meadow behind. really felt as a time travel. Felt a bit like a horror film plot too, lol. Happy trails, you will enjoy this quick stop.
Husband is a WV bug enthusiast. This was a nice quick stop 15 or so minutes. There’s 6 WV beetles dug into the ground and graffitied similar to Cadillac ranch. Worth the stop for us!
5 VW buried nose down. Buildings next to it all painted graffiti. Torn up.
Kind of a let down, but also neat because you can see the beauty in all the paint. Very small, you'll miss it if you don't pay attention.
Fun concept but between the horrible stench and the veracious mosquitoes we could only handle a few quick minutes before racing back to the car. We stopped by here after leaving the Cadillac Ranch. Would have been disappointed if it wasn't along our route.
Definitely worth a 5 minute stop. We even found a spotted salamander running around! Only ones there
