Beautiful place. Incredibly sweet tour guide.
Awesome tour, informative guide very willing to answer questions. Not for those who are claustrophobic or are uneasy in the dark. But very well worth it.
Check it out!
"Small but pretty" is how an employee compared it to nearby caverns. Guided tour with specific "touchable" formations, about 45 minutes long. There's about 300 stairs, but nicely spread out between walks and talks. Every space has formations and "cavern kisses" (cold water dripping from above) and a couple spaces have pools and streams.
We've been to dozens of caves and this is one of the best. Lot's of formations. It's hard to believe it's located so close to Mammoth, which, is easily the most disappointing cave we've seen.
Fun destination. Ample parking for our rv. Great tour and cute gift shop
This cave is a great stop. I gave it 3 stars because of all the stairs. The beginning goes straight down. Which is great. Not so great physically. If you have health issues that restrict you ability to move or get around, I would suggest skipping it.
