“The best damn apples around”
Central Ohio apple orchard with an emphasis on apple u-pick and retail farm market sales in season. Peaches, sweet corn, pumpkins, various berry crops and a corn maze round out the offerings. U-pick apples every weekend in September and October. Blackberry u-pick in August and peaches prepicked at the market in late July and August. Sign up for email updates regarding crop availability and specials through the website. Market hours are 9 - 7 late July through early November. Located at the intersection of Morse rd. and S.R. 310.
This place is a hidden gem. I visited today and picked winesap apples. Picking is easy: you drive a minute or two to the actual orchard, talk to the attendant who supplies you with a picking bag (two sizes: a $12 or $20 bag), park your car, and pick apples. After picking, you exit the orchard lot and pay for your collection.
I recommend going to the market (pictured above). Here, you can buy products from the farm. I bought honey apple butter and goldrush apple cider. The cider was one of the best ciders I have ever tasted. I also saw people eating fresh baked goods from some the various venders inside the market. If you have children, then you may also want to visit the corn maze.
