“Inspired by the history of Philadelphia”
Contemporary American from Ellen Yin and Chef Eli Kulp featuring food forward cuisine inspired by the myriad of cultures and rich history of Philadelphia.
Had a great lunch here with the Compass team. Got the duck meatball sandwich with liver, which was good, but based on the reaction of two of my lunch mates, the Pastrami sandwich is the way to go.
The sister establishment to Fork restaurant, High Street on Market is a café and market that's perfect for a breakfast sandwich to take sightseeing or a midafternoon coffee lift. The prepared foods and housemade breads will sustain travelers during the trip home.
