“small batch brewery and restaurant”
When it comes to our food we develop our dishes with quality and care to reflect both traditional comforts and new interpretations. We are fortunate in being able to source the majority of our high quality meat, produce, dairy and seafood fresh from Maine farms and fisheries. We take time and energy to produce sauces, charcuterie and breads from scratch in our own kitchen and work to create flavors that pair well with our house beers and signature cocktails. We also follow nature’s lead and utilize foods seasonally in our regular menu as well as showcase them in our daily specials. At In’finiti Fermentation and Distillation we brew with our preferred hops, malt, and yeast from all over the world. We are influenced by the chefs and ingredients in the kitchen, as well as our brewer friends both locally and internationally and pass on some of our fermentations to our distillery. Fermenting our favorite styles, both traditional and not, we are part of the infinite, twisting loop of endless brewing possibilities. At In’finiti Fermentation and Distillation each small batch is uniquely hand crafted using ingredients from the land, fermentations from the brewery, and finally concoctions in the distillery. All of these aspects are eternally connected in a twisting continuous loop. So too are our spirits, from raw ingredients to the dram in your glass, and the infinite possibilities in mixing your cocktail of choice.
The brewery and distillery celebrates the homegrown with its impressive in-house beer and liquor selections, and both the bar and lounge areas are refreshingly spacious. Lazy 8 Beer and Booze Club cardholders earn first access to new releases and a restaurant discount.
