Aybla Grill

We are very proud to fill every item we serve with love, creativity, flavor & warm hospitality. Much of our produce is organic from our local Farmer’s Market. We use fresh feta, olives and pita bread that are authentically Mediterranean. The name Aybla originates with an archaeological site near Saied’s family home in Syria. It was uncovered in 1955 to reveal a very old civilization which flourished in the 3rd & 2nd millenniums BC. It is used here to remind us of life’s hidden & surprise treasures. Chef Saied opened his first food cart in Portland in 2004. Aybla Grill is one of the first food carts in Portland and is known as "home of the original gyro". We are here to serve you from our many Portland locations, Catering kitchen and our new Hillsboro Restaurant. We are also happy to offer CATERING for your special events, office meetings, etc. We provide delivery along with great prices. Choose from our standard MENU which includes vegetarian dishes, unique appetizers vegan options and Halal meats. We look forward to serving you!
