Cheese Bar

Cheese Bar is first and foremost a cut-to-order retail cheese counter with a rotating selection of more than 200 cheeses from around the world. Cheese Bar also has a strong focus on local and regional products, and we work directly with many cheesemakers. These are relationship that we highly value. The cheese case is constantly changing because we are always looking for the best products we can find at any given time. Some cheese are rotated in and out to provide a great selection of cheeses at their peak. If you have your heart set on a particular cheese, talk to the cheese monger on duty about that cheese or other choices. The cheese counter is a place to learn and explore. We always encourage you to taste before  you buy.
