“bringing fat back since 2010”
Lardo is a modern sandwich shop and beer garden. Chef Rick Gencarelli utilizes local and seasonal ingredients to create a rotating menu of playful, delicious sandwiches. He features a mix of classic Italian recipes such as porchetta and mortadella, alongside modern variations like the pork meatball banh mi and the smoked "coppa cubano". The sandwiches are paired with 14 regional craft and classic Italian beers on tap, as well as traditional Italian liquors and cocktails. Here at Lardo, we aim to create a destination for our neighbors; a space outside of your home or workplace where you feel comfortable meeting old friends and spending time with family. The Lardo team looks to build relationships with other members of the community through the time honored tradition of sharing food, drinks, and conversation. Featured on United States of Bacon!
