“a European-style restaurant & deli in one”
Olympic Provisions Northwest is the convivial west-side answer to our intimate Southeast location. Marked by a string of patio lights on an otherwise industrial stretch of NW Thurman, OPNW offers a menu of lovely rustic Eurpoean-inspired fare in a warm, windowed setting, accentuated by our antique French rotisserie. Thomas Keller-trained Colin Stafford comes to Olympic Provisions Northwest after serving as the Sous Chef for Alex Yoder at our southeast location since March of 2011. Come in to OPNW for happy hour and warm yourself with a few of our craft cocktails. You’ll find yourself staying for dinner amongst a friendly crowd, where you might hear the strains of old funk and soul mixed with blues and local bands. Some of our Chef's New Menu Items: (Menus are updated daily here) Spit roasted pork shoulder crepinette, eggplant, piquillo peppers, stewed corona beans Crispy skinned salmon, braised leeks, roasted beets, breakfast radish, creme fraiche

Olympia Provisions is home to both a European-style restaurant and deli serving lunch and dinner, as well as Oregon’s first USDA certified meat-curing facility. The restaurant, under the helm of Chef Alex Yoder, features cuisine influenced by European and North African flavors that showcases local ingredients from some of the area’s finest farmers, ranchers and purveyors. Salumist Elias Cairo crafts “American Charcuterie” using local, high-quality ingredients for wholesale to grocery stores, restaurants and wine bars around the region. Many products—including some that are available nowhere else—can be sampled at the restaurant and purchased directly from the deli case. The restaurant and the meat curing facility are both located in the historic Olympic Mills Commerce Center, a beautifully restored cereal mill and a landmark in Portland’s lower Southeast Industrial neighborhood.
