A sign full of history for Portland Oregon. Originally used to advertise White Stag Sportswear the sign has been through a few changes and remains a Portland icon.
Such an iconic sign! I miss when it said "Made in Oregon". If you're looking for the best view of it, go west over the Burnside Bridge.
A famous vanguard to the city, The Portland Oregon sign used to say White Stag and sits prominently at the entrance to the city from one of Portland many Bridges. Used in clips for shows like Portlandia and Grimm the sign is instantly recognizable and worth a quick visit and photo op if you are traveling to the city.
What can I say, this is so iconic, how can you NOT take a picture here?
