For 7 years Firehouse Kitchen has been serving Prescott with Great Food and Fun. Since July 2013 a new owner took over operations. Drew Christiansen has been managing fine restaurants for over 10 years. Realizing his life's goal of owning his own fine restaurant, Drew brings a new level of service and management to an already popular establishment. His focus on customer service, buying only high quality meats and foods while keeping consistent quality throughout the restaurant, took it to a new level.
