“Can you find your way out?”
Come visit us at the Maze! To make your way though our life size maze, it will take about 45 minutes to 1 hour, on average! Anyone who spends longer than 1 hour and 30 minutes looking for the exit will earn a spot on The Wall of Shame! Most diverse interactive family amusement park in the Black Hills. Midwest's largest permanent, bi-level Maze. Climbing Wall, Mini-Golf, All age Batting Cage, Water Wars, BankShot Basketball, Roller Racers, Playground, Picnic Area. Three miles south of Rapid City at Hwy 16 & Catron Blvd.
I thought this would be dumb, but my kids really wanted to do it. I was wrong, we had so much fun! My cocky kids took off, and left my wife, and I behind in the maze, but we managed to finish before them! It's so nice to rub that in their faces... If you take longer than an hour and a half, your name gets put on the wall of shame. We made it out in about 25 minutes... The kids took 45!
We had a great time here! Fam of 4 split into two teams. We needed a little bit of help at one point and then made it to the final post. It's a pretty great maze experience, much better than other ones we've done. It took us approx 45minutes.
we stopped here and had a blast! well worth the stop!
We found a place that has indoor mini golf, plus a maze. It doesn’t match this description but was indeed on 16. So it’s possible it’s a different maze? At any rate, it only took 10 min for my daughter and me to get through it, but we had so much fun! It was timed, and had multiple clues you had to find and then hole punch into your card, so you weren’t simply trying to exit— you also had to find multiple key points along the way. It took my husband twice as long to complete, so we felt smug!
It was so much fun! I would definitely do it again!
This is such a cool little place! It doesn't look like much when you pull up but don't be discouraged! The package deals are a good price for everything they include and my 12 year old son and I had a great time doing the maze (you have to make it to 4 towers to get president stamps on your card to make mt Rushmore), water balloons, wiffleball batting cages, basketball trick shots, and more! It was a lot of fun and the owner was a sweet man! We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and recommend this to everyone!
Good place to go when the kids are tired of landmarks and national parks. The maze was harder for some of us than others, but lots of fun (and we got plenty of steps in for the day). We also did the bankshot basketball. It's like mini golf but with basketball trick shots. It was really fun!
We all had fun in the maze. We broke into teams and had a competition. Kids vs adults. Got tired around an hour but if you fitbit you will get your steps. Took is one hour and 11 minutes
