Reno's Premier Boutique Bakery, specializing in heirloom pastries, desserts, and the finest espresso and coffee drinks. Our products are baked daily. Every item is handcrafted, true artisan workmanship using only the finest ingredients with no preservatives or artificial flavors. Baking in small batches allows us a certain production flexibility, which means that on a day-to-day basis, there may be some inspired and spontaneous baking going on in our kitchen. Whenever possible we source our ingredients locally and seasonally. We treat our espresso and coffee drinks the same way. We have sourced our coffee beans from one of the best roasters in the country who was awarded the 2012 Roaster of The Year, Portland Roasting.
