Francophiles squash into Joseph Dalu's “absolutely charming” Rhinebeck French bistro, knowing that “anything from a snack at the bar to a romantic dinner” will be “impeccably prepared” ; “brilliant specials” and “superior” , “not fawning service” help cancel out the “only negative: the proximity of adjoining tables” , because “petit is the word” for the super-“cozy” room; even so, “it feels great to be” at this “winner.”
