“Enjoy delicious Ozark Favorites”
Come join us for a casual dining experience that combines the best of southern home-style fare with the rustic elegance of a decade old log structure, steeped in history as rich as the sumptuous desserts prepared by our chefs. There is no mystery as to what attracted entrepreneur Jude Simmons to this slice of Ozarks wilderness. The gentle hillsides were an ideal backdrop for his rustic getaway that would reflect the grandeur of Adirondack lodges and entertain in casual elegance. The home featured native materials, including a huge stone fireplace that still warms our dining room when fall and winter chill the air. Today, hand wrought metal chandeliers cast a warm glow over antique furnishings and our 100 year old mahogany bar. Bark covered logs and exposed rafters are a fitting complement to the sporting gear and animal mounts that adorn our walls in the Bass Pro tradition. Outdoor balcony seating is an option as weather permits. So, indulge in the comfort of our past and present as you savor the taste and aroma of hickory smoked prime rib, capture the flavor of Smoked Trout or select one of our local Ozarks favorites. Our popular Country Fresh Sunday Brunch highlights the week with made to order omelets, a complete range of breakfast items, delicious lunch entrees and those wonderfully rich desserts.
