A tradition of Rockford families to meet for “Swedes” at the Stockholm Inn since 1968. On a weekend over 2,500 breakfasts are served! The Scandinavian, home-like atmosphere, friendly servers, home-made recipes and economical prices keep over 10,000 people coming back week after week. Known foremost for our “Swedes” with Lingonberries, we also serve other Scandinavian dishes. Home-made dishes like Swedish split pea soup, kroppkakor, Swedish meat balls and our favorite Friday night Icelandic Cod fish fry make breakfast, lunch and dinner a special treat.
