Rosso Gelato uses local ingredients when they meet our strict standards -- but not because of a marketing trend. The tough reality, however, is that local fruits have a very small window of optimum quality and flavor. The other reality is that our climate is not the best climate for many fruits and nuts. So instead, Rosso Gelato knows where to go to find the best of the best. It is our forty-plus years of experience in the food industry that has taught us where to find the best products in the world.
